What this issue means
A font visible on the design computer may be unavailable during processing. The report names the PDF font resource; it does not invent or redistribute replacement font files.

How to correct the source file

Enable font embedding in the source application's PDF preset.

Confirm the font license permits embedding.

Replace restricted or unavailable fonts in the editable source.
Verify the exported PDF, not the preset name
Keep the editable source and original PDF. Export a new file, run the complete scan again and review every remaining finding. A repair is only labelled safe after loss checks and a full deterministic post-flight.
