Privacy notice

Effective September 1, 2026. This product is designed for private print files. Account identity, project metadata, billing references, support messages and security events are processed only for the purposes described here and in the deployment’s provider register.

PDF content

PDF bytes and derived evidence are stored in private object storage for the displayed retention period. Extracted text, filenames and document metadata are excluded from analytics. AI processing is disabled for file content unless a separately displayed, recorded consent flow is enabled.

Deletion and retention

Delete now removes active storage objects and tenant-visible records through an idempotent purge job. Encrypted backups age out under the documented backup retention schedule; they are not restored to active service except during a controlled recovery.

Your requests

Account export, correction and deletion requests are authenticated and recorded. Applicable GDPR and KVKK wording must be reviewed by qualified counsel for the production operator and jurisdiction before launch.
