Effective September 1, 2026. BookPreflight provides technical checks against a named, versioned rule set. It is not affiliated with Amazon or Kindle Direct Publishing and does not guarantee KDP acceptance, production outcome or sales.

Your files and rights

You must have authority to upload and process each file. The service does not decide copyright or publishing rights and does not request Amazon account credentials.

Repairs

Automatic repairs are limited to operations classified safe by the published product policy and a post-flight. Missing or previously cropped content cannot be recreated. User-choice and manual-required findings remain clearly labelled.

Payments

Plans, taxes, invoices, refunds and subscription changes follow the merchant-of-record catalog and published refund policy. Entitlements are based on verified provider events, not browser redirects.

The production operator’s legal entity, governing law, support address and refund terms require human legal approval before public launch.
