What this issue means
Text can look centered while one glyph or page number extends beyond the allowed region. The report records the page and edge so the source frame can be corrected precisely.

How to correct the source file

Move or resize the source text frame.

Keep live text inside the safe region even when backgrounds bleed.

Verify the exported PDF, not the preset name
Keep the editable source and original PDF. Export a new file, run the complete scan again and review every remaining finding. A repair is only labelled safe after loss checks and a full deterministic post-flight.
