Affinity export presets still require the correct document geometry and page selection. A post-export scan catches stray objects and box differences that the canvas view can hide.

Set document dimensions before placing final artwork.

Export the intended pages and verify the PDF independently.
Verify the exported PDF, not the preset name
Keep the editable source and original PDF. Export a new file, run the complete scan again and review every remaining finding. A repair is only labelled safe after loss checks and a full deterministic post-flight.
